DEADHEADING

Deadingheading simply means removing flowers after they have bloomed, and before they make seed.

If you keep the faded and spent flowers removed before they make seed, it tricks the plant into making more flowers, for the simple reason that it wants to reproduce.

Also it makes for a more attractive plant.
